As the final concert of its 60th season, Clarion celebrates 60 years as one of America’s original early music organizations and the legacy of its founder, Newell Jenkins. The period-instrument Clarion Orchestra, and the renowned Clarion Choir will perform Haydn’s final major work, the splendid Harmoniemesse, named for its intricate writing for the winds, together with his festive Te Deum, composed in 1802 for Empress Maria Teresa.
