Fresh off of three successful sold out tribute shows honoring Stevie Wonder and his magnum opus, Songs in the Key of Life, DATFunk! is returning to the main stage of the historic B.B. King Blues Club for yet another tribute to one of music’s classic legends: Forever MJ. The night will consist of DATFunK! performing the music and songs of Michael Jackson, who is considered to be one of the most influential artists in popular culture. DATFunK is far from the average cover band and will look to serve the King of Pop justice as they span across MJ’s timeless hits ranging from his beginnings as the lead singer in the Jackson Five to his latest posthumous release, Xscape. If you have been to one of DATFunK’s earlier shows, you should already know what to expect. If not, be prepared to answer the question: How funky is DATFunK!?
