$10 Tickets are now available to see Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater at City Center. But hurry – they’ll be gone before you know it!
“The irresistible dancers of Ailey are back” (The New Yorker) with a dazzling array of offerings. Artistic Director Robert Battle will present two of his own works – the Company premiere of his remarkable No Longer Silent, and the world premiere Awakening. The all-star lineup also includes world premieres by audience favorites Kyle Abraham (Untitled America: First Movement), Ronald K. Brown (Open Door), and Rennie Harris (Exodus) – all acclaimed for their distinct choreographic voices and their talents for bringing out the best in the awe-inspiring Ailey dancers – plus the Company premiere of Paul Taylor’s Piazzolla Caldera. Fans of Ailey classics will rejoice in the perennial crowd-pleaser Revelations, along with new productions of some of the choreographer’s most beloved works: Cry, Love Songs, and Blues Suite (performed with live music).
**PLEASE NOTE: To make this opportunity available to more patrons, there is a 4 ticket per transaction limit.**
