A seasoned performer, Baritone, Carlos Dias debuts in New York, after shows in Brazil, Austrália and Europe. Carlos plays acoustic guitar and berimbau (the unique Brazilian percussion instrument). Hi latest CD “Singing Swinging Jazz” was released in 2012 to great critic acclaim.

He has performed at Chicago, Beauty and The Beast, and other Broadway shows in Brazil. He was also part of the TriXX Project, a collective, featuring dance music and live vocals.

As a producer and singer songwriter, Carlos has release the CD “This is The Time”, of original dance tracks.

He has been perfoming and co-writing for “Brazilian Music Soul”, a nu-jazz band based in New York City, along with the fabulous singer, Vanessa Falabella. Now, with a special repertoire of memorable jazz standars, he pays tribute to some of his favorite singers of all times, Nat King Cole and Frank Sinatra, bringing to the stage an elegant Brazilian flavor.
