Ockeghem, Binchois & Du Fay

As the 600th anniversary of Johannes Ockeghem’s birth draws near, Blue Heron, the Renaissance vocal ensemble from Boston, launches a long-term project to perform his complete works. This Music Before 1800 concert inaugurates the project, with works by Ockeghem and his older colleagues—Gilles de Bins (called Binchois), and Guillaume Du Fay.
