Dr. James M. Meaders conducts Requiem for the Living, by DCINY composer-in-residence Dan Forrest, a lush work for full orchestra and choir. The five-movement piece presents an uplifting and inspiring perspective on life, love, loss, and renewal. DCINY Guest Conductor Jo-Michael Scheibe leads the remainder of the all-Forrest program featuring Distinguished Concerts Orchestra and Distinguished Concerts Singers International.
