Here’s what the teen audience had to say…

FINAL RATING: 8 out of 8 slices

Every PaaM night, we ask our teens to give us their honest reviews of the winning movie. We then select voices that capture the range of opinions and critiques. Read what Anissa (Film TRaC Star), Dainaliz & Argelys (First Time PaaMers) and Jack (Return PaaMer) thought about this Pixar animated adventure.

Choose three words to describe the movie.

Anissa: Delightful, Humorous, Emotional

Dainaliz: Emotional, Happy, Excited

Jack: Heart-warming, Emotional, Bittersweet

Argelys: Excitement, Lovely, Emotional

What was your favorite scene? Bonus: Why? **SPOILER ALERT!**

Anissa: The scene where Russel asks Carl to cross his heart about protecting Kevin, which changes his attitude about his situation because he is reminded of Ellie.

Dainaliz: The ending because it showed Carl’s progress as he changed.

Jack: I loved when the clarinet has its solo because I play the clarinet. I also like when the chairs were left at Paradise Falls.

Argelys: The end when they save Kevin because she is reunited with her children.

Would you recommend this to a friend? Why or why not?

Anissa: Of course! Impactful life lessons taught.

Dainaliz: I would because it shows you that you can ALWAYS change.

Jack: Yes, because it teaches you that you can start a new adventure and that you should not be scared to do so.

Argelys: Of course, it’s such a sweet movie that everyone should experience.
